Yes! All our products can be personalized with your logo, name, event title, and message. After selecting a product, you can provide engraving details during the order process or via email.
Customisation
We recommend sending your logo in high-resolution vector formats such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf. If unavailable, high-resolution .png or .jpg files are acceptable. For best results, avoid low-resolution or blurred images.
Artwork
You may cancel or amend your order before production begins. Once the engraving process has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and the full payment will be charged.
Orders & Production
Yes, most standard engravings include up to 30 words. This includes any logo or image. If your message exceeds this limit, we’ll advise on layout adjustments or possible surcharges.

We engrave exactly as submitted or approved. Please double-check your spelling. DavidSports will not be liable for errors confirmed in approved artwork. If we make a mistake, we will remake it at no extra cost.
Orders & Production
Yes. We prepare artwork once your order is confirmed, on the understanding that the order will proceed. If you cancel for reasons on your side, artwork charges apply (from $25).
What happens if I need more changes after the initial artwork?
A: The first 3 rounds of changes are free. Any further changes are $25 per round.

Yes. Our in-house design team can help create layouts for your trophies, plaques, or medals. Basic layout services are included in your order.
Customisation
Standard production time is 4–5 working days once artwork is confirmed (and payment if required). Larger quantity orders may take longer. For urgent deadlines, let us know and we’ll advise options.
